Fire & Building Safety

PAS 7991-aligned fire risk assessments are generated from building topology parameters, covering travel distances, building height, and gateway compliance. Exportable as PDF.

Flood Risk Assessment

NPPF-compliant flood risk assessments include sequential test analysis. Flood zone classification is drawn live from Location Intelligence environmental data, with parameter-based fallback.

CDM & H&S Register

A structured Construction (Design & Management) register tracks health & safety risks through RIBA stages, with AI-generated hazard identification via the Architectural Intelligence module.

Planning & Regulatory Constraints

Listed buildings, conservation area designations, and other planning constraints are pulled directly from project parameters and surfaced as scored risk items requiring attention.

Risk Register

A unified register holds all identified risks across every category, filterable by level, status, and type. Critical and high-severity items are surfaced on the dashboard for immediate review.
