Why We Build
The Grenfell Tower fire revealed a systemic failure in how building information is created, managed, and handed over. Win Win Designs exists to solve that problem at the source — by making the Golden Thread of building safety the automatic output of every project, not a retroactive burden.
Our Principles
- Information over friction: Every decision should be traceable. Every risk, visible. Every handover, complete.
- AI for good: Artificial intelligence should reduce administrative overhead for professionals, not replace their expertise.
