How Cost Intelligence works

Parametric Cost Estimator (RIBA 0-1)

Early-stage elemental cost estimates based on cost per m² benchmarks. BCIS benchmark lookup and TPI adjustment ensure estimates are calibrated to current market conditions for the project location.

Assembly-Based Estimator (RIBA 2-4)

Detailed assembly and element-level cost modelling builds up the cost plan from individual components, supporting NRM2-aligned cost plans for planning, tender, and contract stages.

MMC / DfMA Estimator

A dedicated estimator for Modern Methods of Construction and Design for Manufacture & Assembly scenarios, enabling like-for-like comparison of traditional and off-site delivery strategies.

Budget & Cost Tracking

Live comparison between current estimate, previous estimate, and approved budget, with cost per m² tracking and confidence rating. Budget status is written to project parameters and feeds the Risk Intelligence financial score.
